President

Gregg Paliotta is the president and founder of Digital Media Systems, a leading provider of cinema projection, professional audio, and live event technology solutions. For more than 25 years, he has built the company around a commitment to technical excellence, dependable service, and long-term client relationships, while continuing a family legacy of more than 80 years in the motion picture exhibition industry.

Under Gregg's leadership, Digital Media Systems has designed, installed, and supported projection and audio systems for many of the nation's premier performing arts centers, museums, screening rooms, corporate venues, television studios, and special events. The company's work can be found in some of the country's most recognized venues, earning a reputation for delivering reliable, innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.

Gregg's expertise includes digital cinema, 35mm and 70mm film systems, Dolby technologies, large-format projection, LED displays, professional audio, and custom AV integration. He remains passionate about advancing presentation technology while preserving the highest standards of the movie-going experience.

As president, Gregg continues to guide the company's strategic growth while maintaining the hands-on approach and customer-first philosophy that have defined Digital Media Systems since its founding.

Joe Cruz is an operations executive with broad experience across digital transformation, technology management, sales, marketing, product development, and corporate operations. Having held titles such as CIO, CTO, and Executive Vice President with previous firms, Mr. Cruz helps companies innovate and succeed, leveraging digital strategy and technology to drive growth. In his spare time, he enjoys drumming for various rock tribute bands.

Yves Leibowitz

Field Service Manager, Technician

Yves is a 30-year veteran of the exhibition industry, starting as an usher in June 2000 at his local childhood movie theater. He has excelled in many roles advancing in the industry, where he ultimately settled on being a projectionist in late July 2002. Since then, he has built a wide range of knowledge showing films in many formats: 35mm, IMAX 15/70mm, 70mm, and DCP. Almost three decades later, Yves has established himself as an engineer working with major movie studios and legendary filmmakers alike, providing the best presentation for world premieres, consultation for films in post, and service to many of the prestigious screening rooms and world-renowned theaters. Yves is a dedicated family man and a very avid collector of movie memorabilia and physical media, from original film trailers to Blu‑ray/4K discs. His favorite film genres are 80s and 90s action films.

Casey Schlosser has been working in the AV field for over a decade. He got his start by building an outdoor movie theater for friends in his LA backyard. His background includes carpentry, rigging, and electrical work. His favorite movies are Network and Terminator 2.

Dean joined DMS in 2025 and has been working in theatrical exhibition for over 4 years. He graduated from Ithaca College with a bachelor's degree in Cinema and Photography. He enjoys diving and traveling to the beach with his dogs in his spare time.

Alex Loew

Studio Manager

Alex Loew is a New York City-based post-production sound professional, sound designer, and re-recording mixer with extensive experience in film, television, and documentary audio. His work combines a highly developed creative sensibility with a deep technical understanding of post-production workflows, from sound editorial and design through final mix and theatrical delivery.

Over the course of his career, Alex has worked across a wide range of narrative and documentary projects, collaborating closely with directors, picture editors, producers, and sound teams. His credits include projects for major film and television platforms, with work premiering at festivals worldwide including Cannes, Sundance, Tribeca, Toronto, and Venice.

In addition to his creative work, Alex brings significant experience in the technical and operational side of post-production. He currently serves as studio manager at Post Lab One in New York City, overseeing a professional post-production and screening facility while continuing to work as a sound editor and mixer. His technical experience spans immersive audio, digital cinema, audio-over-IP infrastructure, monitoring systems, and the integration and management of complex post-production environments.

Alex holds a B.S. in Recording Arts from Indiana University Bloomington's Jacobs School of Music.

Engineer, Technician

Nick is a graduate of Montclair State University where he studied post-production. In his early career, he worked in recording studios and AV, gaining experience with audio systems and installation practices. As a cinema technician, he specializes in the Q‑SYS platform, control systems, and cinema audio systems.
